    Best Cleaners, Guilderland, ruined a strapless dress that was purchased less than a week ago. Concerned about the wiring that is used to give the dress structure and shape, I was told it would be fine when I asked about this at drop-off. The dress came back with its wiring twisted and out of shape. I mentioned this and was still charged.
